The Role: A Brand Ambassador for Health Innovation
As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be the primary driver of our growth in the French market. This role is designed for a seasoned "hunter" capable of navigating the complex organisational structures of pharmaceutical companies and aligning with key decision and budget holders.
Your Key Missions:
  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and win new strategic accounts among the French affiliates of Global Pharma & Life Sciences companies.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Brand Managers and Medical Directors, proposing bespoke solutions within the Medscape Global Network.
  • Ecosystem Management: Collaborate closely with "Tier 1" advertising agencies and specialised media firms.
  • Account Expansion: Manage and grow the existing portfolio by demonstrating the clear ROI of our commercial and educational services.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an expert in the French healthcare ecosystem who balances interpersonal finesse with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling digital, promotional, or medical solutions to the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in France.
  • Network: An established track record of interacting with marketing and medical decision-makers.
  • Digital Savvy: A deep understanding of e-health trends, digital media, and the evolving needs of HCPs.
  • Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, high autonomy, and the ability to influence senior  stakeholders.
  • Languages: Native-level French and fluent professional English are mandatory (for collaboration with the HQ and European teams).
  • Mobility: Regular travel within France (conferences, client meetings) and occasional travel within Europe.
